Little Friends Introduces Staff Leadership Academy

At Little Friends, our programs provide lifelong opportunities for growth, so the individuals we serve can work, learn, play, and experience the joy of life’s everyday moments. None of this would be possible without our staff’s hard work and dedication.

We are committed to creating a positive environment that makes a difference in our employees’ lives by ensuring staff are supported and equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. Little Friends is proud to have launched our Leadership Academy – a dynamic and innovative professional development program tailored specifically for those who manage teams and lead our agency.

This comprehensive 8-month-long series serves as a platform for discovery, exploration, practice, and learning designed to focus on the important work of managing and leading others through practical and hands-on experiences. It is both the expectation and hope that this series will energize, affirm, and equip our staff with an expanded toolbox in their leadership roles.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our agency’s need for volunteers is most prevelent in our Family Respite Services program. You can find more specific information on that page. We do have additional limited volunteer opportunities in our Adult Day Servies program.
