Adults

In 1968, while Little Friends school was in its third year, another group of volunteers organized the Naperville Sheltered Workshop, one of the first area organizations to provide vocational activities for adults with developmental disabilities. The two groups merged in 1970 and in 1976 changed its name to Little Friends, Inc.

This began our legacy and commitment of providing services to adults with disabilities that include opportunities to pursue a variety of personal goals and lead empowered lives:

Krejci means so much to Us

“Krejci means so much to us because it’s been the one place that has truly helped my child excel and grow; the place that he is not judged or made to feel different but accepted. I am so appreciative of the patience, care, and hard work from all the Krejci staff.”
